Davies Steel Design LLC is on the forefront of technology, our designs and artwork are individual to each client.
We will work alongside you, take your concept, and turn it into reality. Using our extensive experience in the Engineering Industry, we will ensure it is delivered and installed with the after sales service one would expect.
Our goal is to ensure that you the customer, receives the service and punctuality you deserve. We pride ourselves on our products and also the outstanding customer service we provide.
Initial Contact or Proposal Stage
Davies Steel Design will take your concept and ideas, use our extensive experience in the field and create your dream. Our quoting or proposal stage is completely free of charge and can even be done out of hours, 7 days a week.
Design
All of our designs are drawn as computerized images or as a sketch, depending on the extent of your project. We can use the latest Computer Aided Design (AutoCAD) to bring your design to life.
All designs will be fully discussed with you on a "Layman's" level so you fully understand and visualize your final product.
Manufacture
Your project will be manufactured off site at our location in Croton on Hudson.
All of our welding and fabrication is to the highest quality. Materials (apart from sculptures) are new from a reputable supplier. We are now using green technology to reduce our footprint on the environment, water based paint, solar power, dust extraction and recycling, to name but a few.
Installation
We will work to your schedule to ensure an installation time that suits you.
Our Engineers are as flexible as you want us to be, available 7 days a week, we will be there on schedule (weather or traffic permitting) to install your product.
Minimal mess, noise, and polite, respectful engineers add to our exceptional service.
If you have ordered a piece of artwork, this too will be delivered and installed with the utmost professionalism.
Guarantee
All of our work carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If a fault occurs with your product that is a manufacturing fault of our own, we will do our utmost to correct it within a reasonable time frame.
We cannot accept blame for any faulty materials, weather damage and other acts beyond our control.
